A Photo A Day – Juxtaposition 2

Sitting in my comfy chair this morning, sipping coffee, swiping through the news on my iPad I see this…..

…and I am jolted awake.  A few moments later I see this….

…and ponder our democracy wondering if we’re not taking it for granted.
