A Photo A Day – Contrast

A few days ago I wrote a post tilted “Remember to play”.  As I was writing it I was actually thinking about these kids:

I appreciate photographer’s abilities to communicate so much with just the snap of a shutter.  How do they come upon such scenes?  Wandering and waiting?  Asking the subjects to pose?  (I think the latter is not true.)  Just the uncanny ability to know when to snap is envious.
